Question :
We have been to self-catering establishments the world over, will we have to supply our own linen and towels.
Answer :
Although we are a self-catering complex we still provide the same services that you would find in an high standard European hotel linen and towel changes, maid service etc. etc....

Question :
I have just noticed on your brochure and other web-sites that you only have 2 stars appointed to your complex, does that mean you provide a very basic accommodation, services and standards
Answer :
Unfortunately all the appointed stars in North Cyprus do not equal out to European standards, Star appointment primary works on the size of you complex and its building structure not on comfort, cleanliness or services provided.
Self-catering establishments are always heavily penalised because of their size and because they don't have normal hotel rooms with no cooking facilities that require client to book B/B H/B or F/B accommodation.
Many a client has pointed out to us that we are equivenent to 3 to 4 stars in Europe.

Question :
What currency should I bring over with me, and should I exchange my sterling into Turkish Lira before we arrive.
Answer :
We would advise you bring Cash as is its accepted everywhere but only exchange into TL on a daily basis, you could also use traveller cheques and credit cards but you wont get a very good exchange rate, we don't advice you change your money over before you arrive as the banks will not give you a fair exchange rate.

Question :
What airport is closest to you.
Answer :
North Cyprus only has one main airport (Ercan) although they will use a small military airport (Gecitkale) when Ercan is closed for runway maintenance we are approximately 40 minutes drive from both airports.

Question :
Do I need any special vaccination's or could you advice me on any health issues I should be aware of.
Answer :
As far as we are aware you don't need any special vaccinations but you should always consult your GP on this first.
North Cyprus is a very clean and disease free island the mains water is perfectly safe to drink, the only matter that might concern some tourists are mosquitos which are common the world over, we do provide mosquitos machines in all our accommodation which require you to supply the little blue tablets, these can be found locally in any market. For dining out in the evening one might require the extra protection of a mosquito repellent.

Question :
We are travelling with a new-born baby, will I be able to purchase UK nappies and baby food etc..
Answer :
Yes the local supermarket's stock all the goods that you could find on the UK shelves although these are imported goods that will cost more than you would expect to pay back in the UK, the same goes for any pharmaceutical goods.

Question :
On your car hire page I noticed your prices are more expensive than the others companies are offering, what is the difference between your cars and the other companies
Answer :
The cars for hire aren't actually ours, we work with a very well established company that has been going for many years, our accommodation and complex are of a very high standard, so we make sure your hired car meet our standards that's why they are a little dearer, I am afraid its the world over you get what you pay for, all cars on offer are right hand drive, in excellent condition and under 2 years old..

Question :
We are looking forward to holidaying with you, but we are worried our teenage child/children will not have enough to keep them occupied during our stay.
Answer :
Set a side from what we have at Kings Court, Large Pool, Play Park Area, Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Internet Cafe, and Mini-Golf, it all depends on how much you want to spend to keep them occupied, the local beach(2 minutes walk) offers Scuba Diving, Jet Skiing, Water Skiing, and Pedal Boats for hire, also near to the complex there is a Paint Ball Arena and Para-Gliding, in Lefkosa is a F1 standard Go-Karting track..
